Juan Carlos Cervantes graduated from Rutgers School of Law in Camden in 2016. He was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars in 2017. Prior to law school, he earned his undergraduate degree in History at the University of Maryland in College Park. Before joining Forman, Cardonsky & Tsinman, he completed a clerkship for the Honorable Patricia Del Bueno Cleary, P.Ch., who presided over both the General Equity and Probate Parts of the Chancery Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey in the Monmouth County Vicinage.

Since joining Forman, Cardonsky & Tsinman, Juan has represented clients in a myriad of different practice areas, including but not limited to: Personal Injury, Employment, Contract Law, Workers Compensation, Estate Disputes and Civil Rights.
